Dedicated to the memory of John Chapman
John Chapman passed away peacefully at Lincoln hospital on 14th August 2021 aged 77. Dearly loved dad to Marc, Duane, Robert and Katie, brother of Sheila and devoted grandad to Phil, Sarah, John, Chloe, Emily, Holly and Sophie. John was a good friend to so many and will be greatly missed by us all. Cremation will take place at 12.30pm on 5th October 2021 at Lincoln Crematorium. Family have requested no flowers, but any donations in Johns memory to St Barnabas. The wake will follow after the service at 2 Thorpe Avenue, Ermine West, Lincoln LN1 3UU.
